Green Beans Dressed with Sesame
0.8 lb green beans
1/2 teaspoons salt
2 table spoons white sesame
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1) Cut the green beans in half and put them into the HACHI. Add the salt and 3/4 cups of water.
2) Place a piece of parchment paper and a small plate directly on the beans in the HACHI. Cook them in a microwave at 600 watts (Power Level 5) for 4 minutes and drain the water.
3) Add white sesame, sugar and soy sauce in that order. Serve it on a plate using remaining white sesame as a garnish.
