Steamed Clams in White Wine
20 small clams
3 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon garlic butter
1) Put clams into the HACHI and add white wine and garlic butter.
2) Put the lid on the HACHI and cook it in a microwave at 600 watts (Power Level 5) for 2 minutes.
3) Open the lid and check the clams to see if the shells are open. If the shells are open, they are ready to serve.
