Basil Penne Pasta with Beets and Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 lb beets 

1 small onion 

1/4 ounces penne*

1 1/4 water 

1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese 

1 tablespoon olive oil  

15 fresh basil leaves

Salt and pepper to taste



1. Peel and mince the beets and onions

2. Put the beets, onions, penne, water and salt into the HACHI and mix them well

3. Put the lid on the HACHI and heat it at 600 watts (Power Level 5) in the microwave for 4 minutes

4. Open the lid and mix the ingredients in HACHI then heat the mixture again for another 4 minutes without placing the lid on

5. Tear basil leaves and mix into the ingredients in the HACHI  

6. Add black peppers, mozzarella cheese, olive oil and sprinkle basil for decoration

Note: Adjust the heating time as necessary as it can differ depending on the type of penne used and microwave settings.

Note: Use penne which can be cooked in 3 minutes.
